You can use milk or fat-free or low-fat yogurt and blend it with fresh, overripe or frozen fruit. By using frozen fruit you can skip the ice because the frozen fruit will make the smoothie nice and cold. The dippers:

Kids love dipping their food and if you want the kids to enjoy fruits and veggies then you need to offer them food that they would enjoy. Quickly whip up a dip for the veggies and pair it with yogurt and add seasonings like garlic and herbs. You can serve the dip with raw carrots, cauliflower or broccoli. The kids will be willing to try the raw vegetables if the dip is delicious because they love dipping their food. To add more taste to the dip you can add chunks of fruits that your kids like.

Kids love fast food and it is not a good idea to give them the food that they like. You can create healthier versions of the fast food that they like. Potato meals:

Kids mostly love potatoes and potatoes are a healthy addition to the meal. You do not need to add deep-fried potatoes to the meals because there are so many other healthier ways of cooking potatoes. Half-baked potatoes served with cheese and some other veggies like peas or cherry tomatoes or baby carrots are excellent for kids.
